Taxes for everybody but Tesla. The factory is out by COTA, so it won’t mean that much more traffic for me, but let the gentrification of Del Valle begin. The traffic I worry about will be coming from the new Amazon fulfillment warehouse east of Pflugerville.

They’re supposed to start delivering those ugly ass trucks next year, so I imagine they will be building big tents first, and the factory, if it ever really gets built, will come in a year or two. Or three.
